I am part of the First Nation BA Certificate program being offered here in Elsipogtog. This is a distance education program offered from UNB (MMI) using tele-methods; Video Conferencing, Smart Board & Collaborative Web Conferencing software (Brigit) . There are 8 First Nation communities involved, and I think the Professor said that there were approx. 70 students in total from all the sites.
Our first course as a group is the ICT1 course and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!. So I hope I will be as enthusiastic for the rest of the course :-).

Hey Heid! did you e-mail your blog address to Jeff Whittle yet!
Yes I did!, But I thought he was going to put them on the class blog as address, so we could bug each other or something!
So no homework for Sunday right - like we have it done!
Whipple (correction),Sorry Jeff! No other homework Heid, but I see that we have a book to read from the ED 3862 site (U know, on the left column) that is titled 'Coming of Age' It says: Readings from Coming of Age will be assigned in addition to the texts for the course. I don't kow if it's only for the educators takingthis course or if it's for all of us.... over 90 pages of reading! and it looks like it 's for educators but then again it about the world wide web. It looks like Jeff answered you, we will be making up for the storm day, and he will be adding another day. TTYL Berrni
Hey Bern,
We should ask if we have to read that book 'Coming of Age', so do we have a pdf version on the site?
Hey Bern, where did jeff answer? I can't seem to find it!
Berni said "It looks like Jeff answered you, we will be making up for the storm day, and he will be adding another day."

weird, but I really did!
I saw it as 1 day added because of the storm date.
